Mini Coordination Package

  • This package includes:

    • One 120 minutes pre-wedding meeting to go over the timeline you created.

    • Up to 8 hours day of coverage

    • Setup/Teardown of personal decor excluding heavy lifting such as moving tables, chairs and any room transitions.

    • Flexibility to add venue walk-through and/or wedding rehearsal (if desired - $100/each)

    Investment: $1,750 + tax

Partial Planning + Coordination

  • We want to secure your vendors at the earliest time possible to assure you get the vendors you want AND to eliminate any stress! Our service will begin as soon as you book with us, this includes:

    • Vendor search up to 4 vendors + contract review

    • Up to 4 pre-wedding meeting (virtual or in person)

    • Unlimited email/phone communication

    • 10 hours day of management

    • Vendor communication (immediately after booking)

    • Expansive design assistance & sourcing

    • Budget Advice

    • Timeline creation/management

    • 1 venue walk-through

    • Wedding rehearsal (if desired)

    • Setup/tear down of personal decor

    • Access to preferred vendor list

    • Execution of your dream day

    • A detailed mood board complete with color palette and expansive designs for your wedding in its entirety. This includes ceremony space, reception space, signs, decor and more!

    • Decor sourcing assistance included.

    • Flexibility to add on hours to execute vision on the day of at $120/ hour (if desired)

    • Price starting at: $1,500 + tax

Wedding Consultation

  • This package includes:

    • Up to 72 hours of unlimited email/virtual support.

    • A 2 hour meeting to discuss anything you'd like that includes but not limited to:

      • Vendor search

      • Contracts

      • Timeline

      • Budget

      • Floor plans

      • Design

      • And More!

    • Meeting minutes with everything we've discussed within 48- 72 hours.
