Wedding day management & Coordination

This service starts at 3 months prior to your wedding date and includes the following:

Up to 10 hours day of management
Up to 2 pre-wedding planning meeting (virtual or in person)

Unlimited email/phone communication
Access to preferred vendor list
Vendor communication 3 months prior
Timeline creation/management
1 venue walk-through
Wedding rehearsal (if desired)
Setup/tear down of personal decor
Execution of your dream day

Please note: You must have a wedding date to book this package.

Travel fee: Travel fee will be added for any weddings 50+ miles outside of the greater Seattle area to help cover expenses and accommodations.

Investment: $2,375 + tax

Partial-Planning & Coordination

We want to secure your vendors at the earliest time possible to assure you get the vendors you want AND to eliminate any stress! Our service will begin as soon as you book with us, this includes:

Vendor search up to 3 vendors + contract review
Design assistance (includes but not limited to: picking colors, rentals and decor)
Access to preferred vendor list
Up to 3 pre-wedding planning meeting (virtual or in person, separate from vendor search)
Unlimited email/phone communication
10 hours day of management
Vendor communication 3 months prior to discuss logistics
Timeline creation/management
2 venue walk-through
Wedding rehearsal (if desired)
Setup/tear down of personal decor
Execution of your dream day

Travel fee: Travel fee will be added for any weddings 50+ miles outside of the greater Seattle area to help cover expenses and accommodations.

Investment: $4,560 + tax

Mini-coordination

This service starts 1 month prior to your wedding date and includes the following:

One 120 minutes pre-wedding meeting to go over the timeline you created.
Up to 8 hours day of coverage
Setup/Teardown of personal decor excluding heavy lifting such as moving tables, chairs and any room transitions.
Flexibility to add venue walk-through and/or wedding rehearsal (if desired - $100/each)

Travel fee: Travel fee will be added for any weddings 50+ miles outside of the greater Seattle area to help cover expenses and accommodations.
